BUHOS

On Friday 9th May Buhos performed at Sala Moon in Valencia for the final date of their incredible sellout tour.

The energy in the venue was nothing short of electric, and the capacity crowd (from young children to stylish pensioners!) eagerly awaited for Guillen Solé and the rest of the band to take the stage.

Bursting on stage the band launched straight into "Actitud" quickly followed by "Volcans", much to the crowds delight. What followed was 90 minutes of pure Buhos bliss - 100% crowd interaction and the happiest vibes in the whole of Valencia.

"Barcelona S'il-lumina" bought out the mobile phone flashlights, as everyone hugged and sung along. There is something magical about Buhos concerts that unites everyone and creates an atmosphere of complete musical joy. Buhos fans are so passionate about the music and I always make new friends at the concerts - This being no exception!

As always, it was seemily over way too soon. Once the band launched into the massive anthem, "Sweet Caroline" - mixed emotions ran high. The entire hall waving in unison and drowning out the band as they sang along, mixed with a little sadness because you know the concert is all but over.

You can turn up feeling blue and miserable to a Buhos concert, but one thing is guaranteed - you will leave on cloud 9! This year is the 30th anniversary of Buhos and they are celebrating it in style. ¡Viva Buhos!

After the concert I chatted to my new Buhos superfan friends - Laura & Jordi. Here is what they had to say about the band:

We are Jordi and Laura - Buhos Supporters, and we try to go to every concert, every one possible. This year we have already been to 12. Well, counting tomorrow's, it will be 13!

We find happiness in their live shows and we always have the best time. Every show is a great party! We love their music, and their live shows are a real spectacle. for us they are the best moment of the week.

This year, we've toured Spain, including, of course, the concerts to present their new album. Last night's concert was SPECTACULAR, as always. The best experience is how close they are to the fans and the way they interact with them. There's never a shortage of smiles and fun at a Buhos concert!
