Def Con Dos

On July 27th Millarts Fest in Argelita witnessed a seismic eruption when Def Con Dos took the stage — and damn, they did not disappoint. From the first thrashing chord to the final scream, this legendary rap-metal crew unleashed a blistering storm of sound that left the crowd begging for more.

Frontman César Strawberry commanded the stage with razor-sharp delivery, spitting politically charged lyrics that hit harder than a sledgehammer with vocal support from Mara Gilbert and Samuel Barranco. The band’s signature fusion of snarling guitars delivered by Alberto Marin , thunderous drums courtesy of Kiki Tornado, deep down and dirty bass served up by J. Al Andaluc and rapid-fire rap flows was a relentless assault on complacency and dull convention.

Every song felt like a punch to the gut — raw, rebellious, and brutally honest. Old school fans reveled in classics, while newcomers quickly got swept up in the infectious chaos. The energy was palpable, the crowd wild, and the vibe nothing short of electric.

Def Con Dos proved why they’re still kings of Spain’s underground Rap Metal scene — a band that refuses to soften or sell out, delivering their message loud and proud. Millarts Fest just got a whole lot heavier, and we can’t wait to see what they do next.

Def Con Dos at Millarts: a savage, unforgettable performance — pure, unfiltered rap metal fury.
