Prepare for an evening of soaring anthems, thunderous riffs and unforgettable live energy as Spanish heavy metal giants WarCry head to Conciertos de Viveros on Friday 24 July for one of the festival's heaviest nights of the summer.
Taking over the iconic Jardines de Viveros in Valencia, WarCry will be joined by special guests Ópera Magna, creating a double bill that promises to delight metal fans from across Spain. Doors open at 8:00pm, with an explosive night of live music set to follow.
For more than two decades, WarCry have stood at the forefront of Spanish-language heavy metal. Formed in Asturias in 2002, the band has built a fiercely loyal following thanks to its powerful blend of melodic metal, soaring vocals and lyrics inspired by themes of courage, freedom and perseverance. Their concerts have become renowned for their intensity, with audiences singing every word back to the band from the opening note to the final encore.
Fans attending the Valencia show can expect a setlist spanning the band's celebrated career, combining fan favourites with material from their latest musical chapter. Backed by soaring guitar solos, driving rhythms and anthemic choruses, WarCry continue to prove why they remain one of the defining names in Spanish heavy metal.
Adding even more firepower to the evening are Ópera Magna, the Valencia symphonic power metal favourites whose cinematic sound and technical musicianship make them the perfect opening act. Together, the two bands promise an unforgettable showcase of the very best of Spanish metal.
The concert forms part of another outstanding edition of Conciertos de Viveros 2026, which once again brings an eclectic mix of international icons and homegrown talent to Valencia's beautiful open-air gardens.
