La Pèrgola

Concerts de la Pèrgola is back, bringing live music, good vibes and that unbeatable seaside atmosphere to La Marina de València — and it’s kicking off with a double bill guaranteed to put some serious fizz into your weekend.

This Saturday, 31 October, Karavana and Anabel Lee take over the iconic waterfront stage for a lunchtime serving of alternative rock, indie attitude and guitars turned up to the right setting. Music starts at 12:00, making this the perfect excuse to ditch the sofa, gather your mates and give the weekend a proper soundtrack.

The beauty of Concerts de la Pèrgola has always been its winning formula: live bands, the Mediterranean on the doorstep, a crowd ready for a good time and the kind of relaxed, open-air atmosphere that makes Valencia such a brilliant place to live. Forget waiting until midnight to get your musical fix — here, the guitars kick in while the sun is still shining, leaving plenty of Saturday afternoon for whatever mischief comes next.

And what better way to get the party started than with two bands bringing plenty of contemporary Spanish indie-rock energy? Karavana have built their reputation on punchy guitars, infectious hooks and a gloriously scruffy rock ’n’ roll spirit, while Anabel Lee deliver an urgent, emotionally charged take on alternative pop-rock that is made for singing along and letting loose.

Together, they make a fitting soundtrack for the return of one of Valencia’s favourite live-music traditions. Whether you’re a regular who knows every corner of La Pèrgola or a newcomer ready to discover what the fuss is about, Saturday promises a welcome dose of live music by the sea.

With more concerts already lined up for November and December, this is just the beginning. Concerts de la Pèrgola is back doing what it does best: bringing artists and audiences together in a setting that feels distinctly Valencian.

Dust off those dancing shoes, grab a drink, and get ready to welcome back Saturday lunchtime music by the sea. La Pèrgola is back — and Saturdays are sounding good again!
